is correct to a degree (Mossad is a legit agency in Israel, they are pretty much how the show depicts, think of it basically as the CIA gone wild.)

doesn't need to do a paper, and if she wanted to, could do the paper while watching NCIS ( I do that all the time, especially when studying for the APUSH exam)
