how to deal with terrans...

long story short. from my perspective, terrans is the cowardly race with no honor whatsoever. all they do is hide behind walls and invisibilty.

i use protoss, and only protoss. i dont like zerg they feel too simple and weak at start. and i would never touch something as defense-only-focused as terrans.

i am always having the same bloody problem with terrans. with maybe 1-2 exception they always go either reapers or rush marines.

70% of the time with reapers i pawn em fast and go offensive. 20% of the time with reapers i get completely po'd cuz they are entirely too fast for such an early unit. 10% of the time compensates for just about any other imaginable situation that can arise from this.

and i never lose to the rushed marines stupid thing.

this all in all leads to be being on the offensive. as usual. here it is quite simple. i get to the base. i find walls. (once i found 4 layers of nothing but supply depots with a bunker. o.0)

zealots are worth squat against walls with marines and marauders behind it.

stalkers arent worth much. too late game to compensate for marine/marauder combo, except in the rare occasion i have a lot more than him in ranged so the walls actually turn into a cage. also there is no way i have blink yet.

and the shield/wall probe mage thing is worth almost nothing at this moment.

most of the time here, my army gets pawned or i run. in which case i go defensive and tech.

only in 1-2 occasions have i NOT died at this point. either they mass like mad and pawn my defense, or they have a crapload of invis-air before i have my first observer out. (if i get a tower... they swarm it or go around.)

if i had a record for losses and wins to terrans. it would be 2 wins-infinite losses.

HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DEAL WITH SUCH A COWARDLY RACE THAT IS MADE VIRTUALLY INVULNERABLE IN THEIR COWARDICE?! if you are a coward and turtle the entire time, you are supposed to be weaker than the guy with 3x the army strength as you unless your turtle is strategic enough.

honestly, i wanna know how the @$#@ i am supposed to deal with terrans.

i have contemplated getting rid of Sc2 entirely (this has been going on since the beta) simply cuz the 1v1v1 balance of races is completely shot to heck. SC is supposed to be balanced.

add meh! also i am looking for a 2v2 partner.

(i lag like MAD! my computer can handle it, but my graphics cant. making my mouse and movement on the screen slow. when i look away everything works perfectly and fast, even faster than everyone else. when i actually look at a lot of units or action, my computer turns completely sluggish. due to this, u may need to use my armys if i cant do it myself. and dont make me mention the in-game cinametics.. GAH! the cinametics from outside the individual games are fine.)

now seriously, OneManga and most free-manga sites are being shut down and replaced with something called OpenManga. it isnt even completely publically know that there is going to be a replacement, that costs a bundle of money. have they just completely lost their minds?!

Are we gonna end up creating a clan once we all start the full Sc2 experience, or joining one, or going clanless?

personally i would go either clanless or join a social one, depending on how active i am with sc2. i will be splitting my time between Sc2 and Wow in the end, so my activity would vary.

ALSO, i just got a new laptop a while ago, so i am having to redownload the Beta. wont be much longer before my pre-ordered full game comes, but i wanna get out a few games anyway

also if i get war3 back from Germany, and actually want to, i may end up splitting my time between war3, sc2, and WoW.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to give you a heads up on some of the changes I've made.

First, that little sidebar on the right is gone, since it took up a bit too much space on the screen.
Next, the chat.php page has been removed, since we'll not be using IRC anymore.
Finally, we are officially adopting Steam as our "chat client".
Steam has text-based chatting, voice-chat, groups, and much more, as well as a gaming platform which several of us use already.

Steam is 100% free to use, and registration is quick and easy.
To download and install, please go to this link.
If you'd like to join the official GamerCraft group, this is our community page.

(Steam is currently available on Windows and Mac, with a Linux client rumored to be in development.)

Edit: I removed the background image, as it was HUGE and could possibly slow down the loading of the site.
